What is the minimum lease period required?
Patterson rents on a month to month basis. Your start date will be the day you lease a space, no deposit is required!
What hours can I access my space?
Once a client, you will have access to your space from 7 am to 7 pm, 365 days a year!
24 Hour access is also available as an additional amenity (certain security criteria applies).
Where can I buy packing supplies?
Directly from our rental office. We offer discounts on convenient house packs!
If I choose a 2nd floor space, will it be hard to get to my space?
Not at all! We have oversized hotel-type elevators and numerous dollies and carts. The elevator does the walking and lifting!

May I have items shipped to Patterson Self Storage ?
Yes. With your authorization in writing, we will receive packages as an additional amenity, give you a call when your packages arrive, and hold them in our receiving space for your pick up. This helps you avoid getting a delivery at your office or having to wait at home!
